Kidnapped deputy vice chancellor released

Ogun- The abducted Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the Tai Solarin
University of Education [TASUED], Ijebu-Ode, Olusoga Olusanya, has
been released, Premium Times reports.
Olusanya was on his way back from the Federal University of
Agriculture (FUNAAB), Abeokuta, when he was abducted by unknown
gunmen on Monday evening.


The don was abducted alongside his driver, with the latter dropped by
the abductors on the highway at Odogbolu.
The spokesperson for the Ogun Police Command, Muyiwa Adejobi,
who confirmed the release of the university teacher did not provide
details of how Olusanya was freed.
