Two people have been killed in a blast on a bridge in the Egyptian capital, according to state media.
Sunday's explosion went off on the 15 May bridge that runs over the Zamalek district and links the governorates of Cairo and Giza.

One of the dead was a policeman, state media reported.
The force of the explosion left a crater in the ground and destroyed a nearby car, security sources told the Reuters news agency.
An official said the bomb had been placed on the side of the bridge.
